Q1:Can I Take The Plane? What Documentation Is Required?
A1:Yes, our products can be allowed to be carried on the plane, different airlines will have different regulations, you can consult the airline staff of your flight.

Q2:Is this hard to fold up?

A2: No, you just lift feet part to the top and it folds.  if you are weak, you can choose our Automatic open and fold.

Q3:To Avoid Overcharging, Should I Need Protective Measures When Charging?
A3:No, the charger has a power-off protection function. When the battery is fully charged, the charging power supply will cut off by itself.

Q4:Should I Need To Assemble After Unpacking?

A4:After unpacking, only the controller joystick needs to be installed, the wheelchair lock is fixed, and the power can be used.

Q5: Must the battery be removed to fold the wheelchair?

A5: No, the wheelchair can be folded just fine when the battery is on. Its compact design hides battery when folded.

Q7:Can Product Quality Issues Be Returned?
A7:At present, my products do not support return, but if there are quality problems, we will send spare parts for customers to replace them during the warranty period. We also have a professional after-sales team to guide the installation.

Q8:  Are You Directly OEM And ODM?
A8:  OEM can, we can customize your LOGO in a wheelchair. ODM is also acceptable, but the cost of opening the mold is relatively expensive, requires the customer to pay for it, and the cycle is longer. If the customer can accept it, our factory is no problem.?
